Professor Siddiky primarily has the Cosmetic Surgery Centre Ltd. (CSCL) as his base camp center for cleft operations. It is a specialized hospital located at the heart of Dhaka dedicated to all types of beautification procedures. Additional procedures are performed at Arif Memorial Hospital Ltd. of Barishal Sadar, Noorjahan Hospital Ltd. of Sylhet, floating Lifebuoy Friendship Hospital Ltd. and Barind Medical Collage Hospital of Rajshahi.

Professor Siddiky arranges 50+ surgeries per year and he has treated more than 360 cleft children since 2010.
