Currently, five surgeon project leaders are the main Bangladeshi partners of Cleft Bangladesh. To guarantee sustainability of the Cleft Bangladesh project, we are currently training two young surgeons from Bangladesh to join the Cleft Bangladesh team. The trainees are receiving hands on training under our highly experienced currently active cleft surgeons and will have the opportunity to receive international training.
We hope to be able to offer another traineeship spot in the future, which will be announced here and on Linkedin.
